OUR FEES

Our fees are the price for our services. Our fee rate is determined by mutual agreement with our clients prior to our intervention. Various methods could be applied for the computation of our fees.

We usually suggest the most appropriate computation method for each case during the first meeting with our clients, after having determined the kind of legal service required.   

We use mainly the following computation methods:

 

• Billing on an hourly rate

We charge our services at a basic hour rate of 100 € excl. VAT (121 € VAT incl.). However, this hour rate can vary up or down depending on different factors, such as the complexity of the file, the stake of the case and the degree of urgency of the required legal service.

The worked hours are accurately registered in timesheets, which are sent to our clients with our invoices.

An estimation of the amount of our fees is provided in our engagement letter, provided that such an estimation is possible for the case in question. In addition, should this initial estimation change during the processing of the file, our clients are immediately informed.  

 

• Billing on a reduced hour rate with a success fee

It is also possible to agree on a reduced hour rate with a success fee.

 

• Billing on a daily basis

We charge our legal interim management services at a daily or half-daily rate.

 

The worked hours are accurately registered in timesheets, which are sent to our clients with our invoices.

 

• Billing on a monthly basis (subscription)

We offer also monthly subscription formulas for our services with regard to debt collection, in case the debt is not contested.  

 

In short, that means that in exchange of the monthly fee in question, the enterprise can hand us over the according number of new debt collection files each month, that we process together with the files sent during the previous months.

• Billing depending on the stake of the case

 

We offer the current computation method as an alternative to the previous one with regard to our debt collection services, in case the debt is not contested by the debtor.

 

Thus our fees could be determined by the stake of the case (ex.: 2%, 5%, 10%, etc.).

 

• Billing on a flat rate basis

For some specific actions or proceedings, it is possible to agree on a flat-rate amount including all of the fees and expenses of our firm. This formula offers the advantage to inform our clients of the total cost of our services from the beginning.

 

• Prepaid packages

As other alternative to the billing on an hourly rate, we offer packages of prepaid work hours with a decreasing rate. They can be used for one or several files entrusted to our firm.

 

Advance

In the interests of transparency and predictability, we ask for an advance, prior to the provision of the required legal services.

Our advance requests are sent to our clients on a regular basis, so that they can follow in real time the progress of the work on their file and control its global cost.
